Content Strategy: We scheduled organic content two months in advance, providing the team with a comprehensive content plan that included captions, images, and videos. This process was easily managed in Asana or any preferred CRM. In addition to the planned schedule, we also established a protocol for handling communications that required a more reactive approach.
Team Management: I was in charge of a dynamic team of media-savvy Brand Ambassadors to amplify ALPFA's storytelling and boost success on Social Media, with a strong focus on LinkedIn engagement.

Creation of images and video production concepts is a process that carefully conveys conversion goals, whether it's driving registrations or purchases, or, as with the Most Powerful Latinas initiative, showcasing partners with a sophisticated, elite, and empowering visual identity. For corporate America partners, the aim was to reflect their strength and influence, presenting them with a look that resonates with prestige and empowerment.

Starting February 2024 the CHIRP had fundraised around $800,000.

Storytelling: The story arc of the 'Homeland Return' fundraiser began with a compelling video that captured the urgency of the Nisenan cause.
The captions were meticulously researched to highlight the historical struggles they have faced. I crafted a series of captions that outlined the timeline, paired with visual concepts that conveyed the deep connection between the Nisenan and their land.

Team Management: Collaborated with NRPA's digital team and contractors to visually enhance their website, starting with updates to their existing site and later developing a fully rebranded Figma mockup to promote the NRPA Annual Conference 2022.
I’ve had the privilege of not only building a successful career in creative fields but also achieving significant milestones as a musician. My band, which has been described to have developed a cult-like following, reached the top charts of MTV’s Top 10 back in 2010. I’ve had the honor of performing at major festivals alongside international artists like Korn, The Ataris, and Is Tropical. I was also nominated for the Pepsi Music Awards and reached the top charts of Record Report Billboard in Venezuela. My last tour in Caracas was a particularly memorable experience.
This experience has given me a deep understanding of audience engagement—knowing how to build and maintain a loyal following is directly transferable to driving ticket sales and engagement. My event promotion experience, gained from performing at major events and working with other artists, aligns perfectly with the role’s requirement to manage and promote events effectively.
Being featured on MTV and invited to perform by respected foundations has also provided me with cultural insight and influence, which can add value to the arts center’s mission to elevate its cultural offerings and appeal to diverse audiences.
Ultimately, my background as a musician, combined with my creative and marketing skills, enhances my profile for the Marketing Manager position. I bring a unique blend of cultural insight, event promotion expertise, audience engagement strategies, and storytelling skills—all of which are valuable assets.
